We are holding an afternoon picnic at the historical Stone Mountain Park, in Stone Mountain, Georgia. The picnic will take place from 11:30 AM to 2:30 PM. Afterwards, those who wish to join us may attend the annual Stone Mountain Frontier Days Festival.

Regency dress is politely requested, but not required.

There are no extra fees for the picnic itself, but there is a $10 per car parking fee, and $10 per person to enter the Frontier Days Festival. There is no attendance cap, but we ask that you RSVP so we know how much space to save. Each person is to bring their own blankets, food, etc.

When:
Saturday, May 1, 2010 from 11:30 AM to 2:30 PM

Where:
Stone Mountain Park, Triangle Picnic Area

We will be meeting up at the Triangle Picnic Area at 11:30 to begin our day. You can find it on the Stone Mountain Park Map between the letters H and I. I also have a Google Map to the Picnic Grounds that you can insert your own address into, to get detailed directions. After we are done everyone is welcome to go over to the festival, which is a short walk away over to the Antebellum Plantation area (By letter N) or go to other areas of the park, or do whatever else you might wish. If you get to the park and are not sure where to go, there are lots of rangers and employees on site to help you. You can also call me on my cell phone, as I should be there early to stake out a spot. E-mail me if you'd like the number.
